Are you a service-oriented and humble person who thrives in a role where you get to create order, structure, and a well-functioning workplace? We are now looking for a part-time Office Coordinator for an international company in Rosersberg.
About the role
As an Office Coordinator, you will be the face of our client and play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for both employees and visitors. You will work closely with the regular Office Coordinator's duties and ensure that the office runs smoothly, especially during periods of leave.
Responsibilities
The role involves managing the reception, simpler administrative tasks, and supporting the office's daily operations, especially during the absence of regular staff and during more intensive periods.
- Ensure that the office is staffed and runs smoothly during the day
- Receive visitors and handle simpler reception and service matters
- Support with simpler administrative tasks
- Help with coordination regarding the office, meetings, and internal services
We are looking for someone who
- Has Swedish citizenship (requirement)
- Has the possibility to work on-site in Rosersberg
- Is available for work during the summer, primarily weeks 32, 33, 34, and 35.
- Has previous experience in service, administration, reception, or a similar coordinating role
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
