We are looking for an IT Support Technician for a position with one of our clients in Jönköping. Here you will become part of a technically advanced environment where you will handle more complex cases and have the opportunity to deepen your competence in IT operations and support within both Windows and Linux environments.

In this role, you will work with 2nd and 3rd line support, handling cases escalated from 1st line. You will play a key role in ensuring stable and efficient IT environments, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external vendors.

The workday is varied and includes both operational tasks and more analytical duties. You will work with troubleshooting, operations, maintenance, and configuration of systems and networks. The role also involves participating in improvement work and projects related to the development of the IT environment.

• Experience working in IT support, preferably in 2nd or 3rd line.
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting clients, servers, and networks.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
