We are looking for an engaged Facility and Group Training Manager!

Do you want a key role in a gym operation where you can combine operations, development, and leadership? We are now looking for someone who wants to help create world-class training experiences at our facilities.

About the Role

This is a combined role where you work as the facility manager for three of our locations as well as the manager for our group training.

As Facility Manager, you are responsible for:

• Daily operations of the facilities
• Ensuring well-being, quality, and order
• Development and improvement of the facilities
• Customer service and a world-class member experience

As Group Training Manager, you are responsible for:

• Developing the group training offer
• Scheduling and administration of daily operations
• Recruiting instructors
• Leading, coaching, and developing the group training staff

Working Hours

The work is normally scheduled Monday to Friday, but weekend work may occur as needed. The position includes 1–2 evening shifts per week, which may also involve group training sessions. There are good opportunities to influence and adjust your working hours, providing flexibility in the role.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from the fitness industry
• Is a certified Group Fitness Instructor
• Is a certified Personal Trainer (meritorious)
• Is structured and solution-oriented
• Has strong leadership skills and enjoys developing others
• Is passionate about service and customer relations
• Is self-motivated and takes responsibility

About Tenton Gym

With 44 years in the industry, Tenton Gym is one of Sweden's oldest gyms with the same ownership. The brothers Ola and Stefan have owned and developed the company since 1982, and the company currently consists of six locations in Umeå.
