Linnéa is a drug-free emergency shelter for women. The facility is centrally located in Gothenburg and has 26 places. We accept placements around the clock.

Linnéa is a residence where we aim to support the residents in taking a step forward and moving on to a drug-free, independent life. We work towards increasing the sense of coherence, community, and positive routines in daily life.

A residential pedagogue for a probationary employment, which, if everything goes well, will lead to a permanent position. We have a full-time vacancy where you will work evenings/nights with shifts between 14:00–10:00. Sleep-on-call duty is scheduled between 00:00–06:00. Work every other weekend. Start date with some flexibility.

The shelter is staffed around the clock. During evenings, nights, and weekends, you will work independently but have access to support through on-call availability via telephone.

As a residential pedagogue, your duties include supporting the women living in the shelter based on individual work plans/implementation plans, as well as acting as a contact person for a number of them. Common tasks include supporting the women with housing issues, contact with authorities, contact with healthcare, urine testing, supportive conversations, etc.

The role also includes administrative tasks, such as documentation in our patient record system, Journala. You will be responsible for creating implementation plans, monthly reports, and summaries for the women you are in contact with.

The role also includes household chores to create a home-like environment for the resident women.

We are looking for you with a strong social drive and commitment to the target group, who wants to help improve people's lives. You are calm and confident in yourself and can convey your calmness to others. Furthermore, you are structured, meticulous, and pedagogical.

The work group is characterized by community, helpfulness, and care for each other. To fit in, you must be honest, trustworthy, and able to both give and receive support.

Final candidates will be required to submit a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (Brottsregister).
