About the Role

Academic Work is recruiting on behalf of a major pension company for a Customer Service Representative to work at their office in central Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and runs from May 4th to August 31st, with the potential for extension.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer incoming calls from their customers. Therefore, we are looking for someone who loves talking on the phone and providing world-class service. Our client is one of Sweden's leading pension companies, and you will work in a professional team that puts the customer first.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous work experience in customer service
• Thrives working with the phone as the primary tool
• Is available to work full-time during the period May 4th – August 31st
• Has completed upper secondary education
• Has excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is used in daily work

Our Recruitment Process
