About the Role
Academic Work is recruiting on behalf of a major pension company for a Customer Service Representative to work at their office in central Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and runs from May 4th to August 31st, with the potential for extension.
This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer incoming calls from their customers. Therefore, we are looking for someone who loves talking on the phone and providing world-class service. Our client is one of Sweden's leading pension companies, and you will work in a professional team that puts the customer first.
We are looking for someone who
- Has previous work experience in customer service
- Thrives working with the phone as the primary tool
- Is available to work full-time during the period May 4th – August 31st
- Has completed upper secondary education
- Has excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is used in daily work
For this role, we highly value your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is passionate about providing the best possible customer service. You are self-motivated, positive, service-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Working with a customer focus and always acting in the customer's best interest is second nature to you.
Our Recruitment Process
