I:

• need your assistance to enable my active life.
• am your workplace, meaning you will be with me wherever I am, for example at home with family, studying in different locations, or on outings with friends.
• am an active 19-year-old.

You:

• assist me with practical tasks, from transferring between aids, hygiene, meals, exercise, dressing, makeup, to household chores like cleaning, laundry, and cooking.
• will work to give me the conditions to be as independent as possible and help in my strive towards becoming more independent.
• have good physical fitness.
• need to be secure, reliable, and present in the moment, but also flexible and sometimes just be on hand without always needing to be active.
• master the Swedish language perfectly.

You are a woman around 25 years old who is calm and secure in yourself, sensitive to my needs, and has the will and interest to develop. Above all, you think it sounds fun to free up vitality for a young, smart girl and want to make a difference!

You speak good Swedish and can assist me in various situations, for example during exercise, during activities with friends, at meals, or at home, always with the goal of giving me the opportunity to be as independent as possible.

We are looking for someone who can consider working for at least 1 year, as we want to build a long-term and secure relationship. Having a driver's license is also an advantage.

Personal suitability is crucial as you create a close relationship with me and need to stand up for me in all situations. Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage but not necessary.

Day shifts and evening shifts, fixed schedule rotation of approx. 75%. The position can be expanded both in hours up to 100% and to other parts of the day if there is a desire.

Other: You will receive a thorough introduction to be able to assist me in a secure and personal way. You will receive competence development in the form of training to both be able to perform your task and develop in it. Of course, wellness benefits are included (up to 4000 SEK/year).
