Do you have an interest in preventive health work and want to contribute to better public health in Sweden?
We are now looking for you who want to become part of our cross-functional team in Region South, based in Kristianstad, Hässleholm, and Hörby.
Our vision is Sweden's healthiest customers.
We work in teams towards our various client companies and deliver services within occupational health and safety, health development, and rehabilitation. A positive attitude, innovation, a holistic perspective, and a strong desire to achieve good results characterize our culture and work community.
The units you will belong to are Kristianstad, Hässleholm, and Hörby. The teams at the units consist of doctors, psychologists, behavioral scientists, nurses, assistant nurses, case managers, health scientists, ergonomists, and physiotherapists.
As an ergonomist with us, you work broadly with occupational health and safety, where the focus is on the well-being of the individual, the group, and the organization. Our mission is to be a partner in occupational health and safety work and to contribute to the business reaching its goals within occupational health, safety, and well-being. The role includes, among other things, ergonomic reviews, occupational health and safety mapping, and training in the field of ergonomics. The work is usually done on-site at the client's premises, but we also deliver digitally. We work broadly within Region South, and assignments in other locations in the region may become relevant.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or have further education in ergonomics. You are passionate about the interaction between humans and working life and thrive best when you get to work preventively and health-promoting. Since you will be conducting training, we value your pedagogical approach and your ability to inspire highly.
To thrive with us, you are a business-minded team player who takes great personal responsibility. You are communicative, confident in your professional role, and have the ability to see the big picture – both for the individual and for the client company's business.
- Are driven, creative, and receptive with a business-minded and consultative approach.
- Take responsibility for and deliver against your own goals on time, while maintaining high quality in all deliveries and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Are used to taking personal responsibility and working independently, as well as possessing social competence and being a good team player.
- Work carefully, structured, and are a good communicator.
- Have good IT skills.
- Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
- Have a driver's license and access to a car.
- Are goal-oriented and motivated by seeing concrete results and driving work and business forward, which means that in addition to looking after the individual, you can work with a clear focus and a holistic perspective.
We offer you:
- Collective agreement with occupational pension and good benefits, including a wellness allowance.
- Good opportunities for competence development internally and externally.
- Office hours 08:00–17:00, no evenings, weekends, or nights.
- An exciting and developing job where you get to make a difference every day.
- Become part of a competent team with drive that works with and for each other.
The employment involves working at all our units in Region South.
We apply a 6-month probation period.
Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis.
We are looking for you with a positive attitude who want to make a real difference. Welcome with your application to Region South!
