About the role
This position is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you are employed directly by Svenskt kvalitetsindex.

Svenskt kvalitetsindex (SKI) is an analysis firm with roots in research and has spent over 30 years working with measurements and analyses of customer and employee experiences. Their industry studies are used annually by organizations across various sectors and often form the basis for statements such as "Sweden's most satisfied customers".
In Stockholm, the operation consists of around ten people. Everyone works together in beautiful turn-of-the-century premises at Torsgatan 2. The role of Analyst at SKI is also part of a Nordic network of analysts within the EPSI Rating Group.
💼 Responsibilities
As an Analyst at SKI, you work in the production of the company's industry studies. The role is broad and involves being part of the entire process, from handling data files to final digital delivery. The focus is on production, quality assurance, and ensuring that analyses and reports are delivered correctly and on schedule.
Examples of tasks include:
- Analyzing data and identifying trends and insights
- Ensuring quality throughout the survey process
- Producing material for digital reports, presentations, and press
- Analyzing external and market data for SKI's industries
- Participating in the development of analysis, production, and working methods
🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Post-secondary education including statistics
- Interest in analysis and data
- Advantageous with experience in analytical work or working with large datasets
- Advantageous with experience in statistical software, e.g., SPSS
- Advantageous with basic knowledge of R, Python, or similar
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
To thrive in this role, you have an analytical and structured approach to work and enjoy working with data. You are curious and want to understand the context behind the numbers, while also being able to translate analysis into clear and useful foundations.
You work independently but value collaboration and knowledge sharing. You are communicative, raise ambiguities, and contribute to deliveries with a focus on quality and relevance. At the same time, you have an unpretentious and flexible attitude, as well as a good ability to balance precision with pace.
