Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with the client and know that good relationships are the key to well-functioning assistance. We are active throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

I am currently looking for temporary substitutes to secure staffing during illness and vacation. Especially throughout the month of July.

I am a 70-year-old woman living in Uppsala. I am looking for personal assistants aged 25–55.

Your responsibilities:

Help with all transfers where assistive devices are available.
Help with everyday household chores.
Shifts cover day, evening, and night.
24-hour shifts from 16:45 to 10:00 with sleeping on-call duty.

Your requirements:

You should be flexible and attentive, with an interest in working with people.
Personal suitability is highly valued.
No formal education is required; personal suitability is the most important factor.
Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is essential.
No fur allergy (there is a cat in the home).
