Responsibilities
In your role as Warranty Administrator, you will ensure that the general agents' warranty policies and rules are followed. You will assess and invoice various types of warranty cases, follow up on warranty claims, and investigate warranty issues. Additionally, you will handle shipping and administration related to returned car parts. It is important to have knowledge of the regulations surrounding warranties and to ensure that warranty payments are made from general agents.

Key Competencies and Skills

• Upper secondary education, preferably in automotive technology or equivalent vocational training.
• A couple of years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, demonstrating good social skills and customer delivery.
• Previous experience in warranty administration is an advantage.
• Good computer and telephone skills.
• A good sense of service and the attitude to find the best solutions for your customers.
• Goal- and results-oriented with high drive.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
