About the Practice

At Kry Health Centre Osby, along with the associated clinic Kry Health Centre Lönsboda, we offer Child Health Services (BVC), a nurse clinic, laboratory services, diabetes care, and a heart failure team. We have also had a midwife clinic and a sexologist clinic for 1.5 years. In addition to the usual professions within primary care, dietitians, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists work here. Currently, we have nearly 7,000 registered patients who choose our care and are handled by approximately 25 dedicated and competent employees. We have a very good work environment at the health centre with satisfied employees who provide good care and receive satisfied patients in return. Working with us means teamwork at its best! About the Role

You will have a central role as a nurse in the usual tasks at the clinic, where you will have the opportunity to meet many different patients. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to develop your competence and be part of the journey to develop and change primary care. The health centre places great emphasis on working close to the patient, with continuity and a focus on achieving the best possible care through collaboration between different professions.

You will handle patients who contact us in person, by phone, or digitally, for acute or planned care, together with your colleagues at our two units. Being a nurse at a health centre involves many different types of tasks, including assessing patients, both via phone and at the clinic.

Working with us means that you will work at both units according to a schedule.

Qualifications & Characteristics

• Registered Nurse.
• Experience within the Swedish healthcare system.
• Experience within Swedish primary care is highly meritorious.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are meritorious.
• Good technical skills.
• You work evidence-based, are professional in your approach, and prioritize putting the patient first.
• You have good collaboration skills and are receptive to both colleagues and patients.
• You thrive in a role where you are encouraged to take initiative.
• You are receptive and have good service skills, both towards your colleagues and patients.
