Job Description

As a receptionist for our client, you are responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to guests from all over the world. You manage the client's switchboard and support meeting arrangements, ranging from bookings to coffee breaks. In addition to hosting duties, you drive daily office operations: you handle certain simple purchases, manage mail and couriers, and act as the contact person for suppliers and the landlord. You ensure that the client's premises are always presentable and that colleagues are kept up to date with office news.

We are looking for someone who is naturally outgoing, administratively skilled, and willing to take initiative. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

  • Period: July 20 – August 23.
  • Training: One week (to be agreed upon) before start.

Responsibilities

  • Professional reception of international guests, handling the telephone switchboard, and meeting support (bookings, coffee, and taxi services).
  • Ensuring that shared spaces and storage areas are presentable and well-organized.
  • Responsibility for incoming and outgoing mail as well as courier handling (e.g., PostNord and UPS).
  • Coordination of services such as cleaning and waste management, as well as reporting faults and contacting the landlord/property manager.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive "doer" who thrives in administrative work and is willing to make independent decisions when needed.

  • You are outgoing, friendly, and professional in your interactions.
  • You have good administrative experience and are solution-oriented.
  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
  • You are available for the entire specified period as well as for training.
