Responsibilities

As an IT Technician, you will have a varied daily routine focused on the development, implementation, and improvement of IT environments. You will work both in projects and with ongoing technical deliveries, ensuring high quality and contributing solutions that create long-term value for customers.

Examples of tasks include:

• Working with IT infrastructure within servers, networks, and security
• Managing central client environments (applications, updates, and security)
• Troubleshooting and handling advanced cases
• Participating in projects and developing customers' IT environments
• Acting as technical support and advisor to customers

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a few years of experience working in IT
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work

The following is considered an advantage:

• Previous experience in IT support
• Education in IT and/or certifications in relevant areas

The client would appreciate knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• Operations and administration of Azure cloud solutions
• Management of devices and applications with Intune
• Administration and development of SharePoint
• End-to-end solutions and integration in Microsoft 365
• Identity and access management with Entra ID
• Operations and troubleshooting of networks
• Security architecture, incident management, and IAM
