About the role

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will become part of an engaged team within Planning & Optimizing, where the focus is on creating efficient, profitable, and sustainable goods flows.

You work in a digital planning environment and are responsible for coordinating and optimizing deliveries, inventory levels, and flows with many contact points both internally and externally.

Your main responsibilities:

• 📊 Plan and optimize deliveries between depots
• 🚢 Coordinate ship deliveries to and from various locations
• 📦 Manage and optimize inventory levels and availability
• ⚙️ Ensure the right product mixes according to quality and sustainability goals
• 🤝 Coordinate purchase and sales flows between partners
• 🔄 Continuously update and improve planning processes

Who are you?

You are analytical, structured, and thrive in a role where the pace is fast and conditions can change quickly. You have an easy time prioritizing, making decisions, and communicating with various stakeholders.

We believe that you:

• Have an academic degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Economics, or similar
• Have 3–5 years of experience in flow planning and supply chain work
• Are accustomed to working in ERP systems and handling large information flows
• Are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and like to take initiative
• Fluently speak and write both Swedish and English.
