Tryggsam is in an expansion phase and we are now looking for a business-oriented Digital Growth Specialist. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in an independent environment where you have overall responsibility for driving traffic, optimizing our online flows, and technically managing our landing pages.

About the role

As our specialist in digital growth, you will be the driving force in maximizing our conversion flows. Since we currently do not have an internal marketing department, you are expected to take on a broad responsibility spanning from traffic acquisition to technical implementation and ongoing optimization.

A central part of your daily routine involves using AI-based development tools (Vibecoding) to efficiently build, maintain, and further develop our digital interfaces.

Main responsibilities

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze and optimize our existing online flows to increase the number of completions and maximize customer benefit.

• Technical development via Vibecoding: Responsible for the construction and maintenance of landing pages and websites through AI-assisted programming and modern development tools.

• Traffic Generation: Strategically and operationally work to direct relevant traffic to our digital channels.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Continuously measure, evaluate, and report results based on set KPIs to ensure the highest possible ROI.

Your profile

We are looking for a results-driven person with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You are technically interested and have the ability to turn data into concrete actions that drive sales.

Qualifications

• Documented experience in digital marketing and conversion rate optimization.

• Experience with, or a strong interest in, AI-driven development (Vibecoding) for fast and efficient delivery.

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with analytics and tracking tools.

• An independent working style with the ability to prioritize initiatives that provide direct business value.
