About the position

As a personal assistant, you will be a crucial support in the daily life of a young boy with functional variations. You will help with everything from personal care to activities, and build good relationships with both the young person and his family.

Responsibilities

Your duties include dressing, feeding, medication administration, personal care, and support during activities.

On weekdays, he attends school, and he stays at a short-term care facility for two weekends per month.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who is skilled at working with children/young people. You should be social, calm, and stable in your role as an assistant, and accustomed to taking responsibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children/young people

• Experience in similar roles and ability to handle assistive devices

• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Completed upper secondary education

Employment details

The position is 75-100% with working hours such as Monday-Friday 16:00-21:00 or 16:00-09:00, as well as weekends. Night shifts may occur. Hours can be adjusted to suit your circumstances.
