Our client, a man in his 40s, is looking for personal assistants to make life a little easier to live. We are seeking assistants for day and evening shifts during both weekdays and weekends on a rolling schedule. We work together in teams, two at a time during day shifts. When our regular assistants are on vacation, we need you to work during the summer months of June, July, and August. For the right person, there is an opportunity for permanent shifts after the summer.

Our client lives centrally in an apartment with his cats. He uses a Permobil or wheelchair and enjoys going out on activities by car, such as Frölunda home games, football matches, cinema, and concerts. A manual driving license is required as you will also drive the client's car when he goes out on fun activities. In these cases, we always work with two assistants.

You must not be allergic to cats. The most important thing is that you get along well, as personal chemistry is of utmost importance.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

We prefer that you have experience from healthcare or social care. If you have experience with PEG, track, or a cough assist machine, that is a plus; otherwise, we will train you.

Desirable Experience and Requirements

• Swedish language skills (spoken and written) are required.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Requirement: Manual driving license (Category B).
• Nurse assistant education is meritorious, but not required.
• Experience as a personal assistant.
• Not allergic to pets.

Working Hours/Percentage of Employment

• 75% employment on a rolling schedule.
• Day shifts weekdays: 07:00–15:15.
• Weekend shifts: 09:00–15:15.
• Evening shifts: 15:00–21:45.
• Dual assistance occurs (working two and two with the client).
