Bodo Möller Chemie is now looking for an Account Manager who wants to develop the business within the packaging and labeling industry in Southern Sweden.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You work with adhesives from Henkel – a premium product where quality and longevity are in focus. You drive the business forward by creating new relationships and developing customers over time.

Your district is Southern Sweden, from Stockholm down to Gothenburg/Malmö, so a suitable location is somewhere in between. Preferably in the Gothenburg area where there is also an office (Kållered). You work from home office (or alternatively the office in Kållered) and plan your week yourself. The role reports to Mika Halonen, Sales Director.

In the role, you will:

  • Build and develop your own customer base within packaging and labeling.
  • Prospect and contact new customers.
  • Drive the entire sales process – from first contact to business.
  • Work closely with the customer's operations and understand their needs.
  • Participate in and drive product testing at the customer's site, ensuring the solution works in real production.
  • Plan and follow up on your own pipeline.

You spend most of your time at the customer's site, but also have room for planning and follow-up.

YOUR PROFILE

We believe you are in a position where you want to develop further in your sales career – and take more responsibility for your own business. You do not need to have done exactly this before. The important thing is that you have the right drive, willingness to learn, and thrive in a role where you can influence your own development.

We would like you to:

  • Have experience in B2B sales, preferably with industrial customers. You need to feel comfortable in an industrial environment.
  • Be confident in contacting new customers.
  • Be structured and able to drive your own work forward.
  • Thrive in a role where you build relationships over time.
  • Be motivated by achieving results, but also by developing.
  • Have fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Have good English skills.
  • Have a driver's license and the ability to travel regularly for work.

It is meritorious if you have experience from industry, technology, or packaging – but not a requirement.
