I am an 8-year-old girl with a muscle disease who has just been approved for personal assistance. To our newly formed team, we are now looking for assistants who are genuinely interested in working with children and who have a respectful and warm approach. My care needs primarily involve physical tasks, which can sometimes be heavy, so we are looking for someone with good physical fitness. I also have significant mucus issues, so it is important to stay alert and remain calm to handle stressful situations that may arise in connection with this.

I can express what I want myself, but it is still required that you are attentive and able to read my body language. We will learn most things together, as my needs are individual, just like everyone else's. We would prefer if you are a trained assistant nurse or have worked in a similar role, but of course, personal chemistry is the most important factor.

It is important to me that my assistants are happy, have imagination, and take initiative, so that I can have a fun and meaningful daily life with people I can rely on.

During the day, I go to school, and my assistants are welcome to accompany me there. I would like my assistants to encourage play with my classmates and, in between, keep a low profile.

Working hours are scheduled both during the day and in the evening, Monday to Friday. I prefer female applicants, and having a driver's license is desirable.

It is important to me that you speak and understand Swedish well, so that communication between you and me can function effectively.
