Sandhem Gruppen is an established actor in protection and support for those exposed to violence and complex social issues. We operate sheltered housing, exit programs, and qualified support for individuals exposed to intimate partner violence (IPV), honor-based violence and oppression (HBVO), and other threat-related issues.

We are now looking for an experienced and professionally secure Alcohol and Drug Therapist for our operations in Lomma.

This is a role for you who have a solid professional foundation in addiction treatment and want to work in an organization where structure, safety, and quality are crucial.

As an Alcohol and Drug Therapist, you work closely with clients who are in complex life situations where substance abuse, crime, threat profiles, and social vulnerability often intersect.

You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on treatment interventions in accordance with action plans and assignments from social services. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and management and requires both independence and professional judgment.

Your main tasks:

• Conduct individual treatment interventions and motivational work
• Work systematically with relapse prevention and change processes
• Draw up and follow up on action plans
• Document according to current guidelines and ensure a legally secure process
• Collaborate with social services and other actors
• Contribute to structure and treatment content in the operations

The position is hourly-based and covers days, evenings, and weekends according to the needs of the operations.

• Have documented post-secondary education in social work or treatment (e.g., treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or equivalent education)
• Have experience working with substance abuse, addiction, and/or co-occurring disorders
• Have experience with structured treatment methods
• Are secure, stable, and can work independently within given frameworks
• Have good documentation skills and administrative structure
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)

• Education in MI, ASI, CRA, ESL, relapse prevention, or HAP
• Experience working with crime as a lifestyle
• Experience working in operations under license or supervision

You are professional in your approach and have a clear therapist identity. You understand the importance of structure, boundary setting, and consistency in change work. You are emotionally stable, have good self-insight, and can work in an environment where safety and confidentiality are central parts of the assignment.

Location: Based in Lomma, but work in all of Scania may occur. Extent: Hourly employment Start date: According to agreement
