We at Vår Omtanke are now looking for several personal assistants who want to work with our client in Ösmo. In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work with us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the position:

We are currently looking for a mature male or female personal assistant for a social man in his 50s who lives in Ösmo, approx. 7 km from Ösmo station.

Responsibilities:

• Support and help in daily life, both practically and socially
• Personal care
• Active participation in the client's activities and routines
• Create a safe, harmonious, and positive environment
• Exercise/Training

Qualifications:

Driver's license and access to a personal car are meritorious as the assignment is located in a rural area.

We are looking for you who:

• Are honest, reliable, and have a warm demeanor
• Have empathy, patience, and sensitivity
• Have good social skills and are responsible
• Have experience in personal assistance or equivalent work
• Understand and speak fluent Swedish
• Are flexible, take initiative, and have high work ethics
• Enjoy having many routines, are very detail-oriented, and can think several steps ahead to anticipate needs
• Are not allergic to fur-bearing animals (a cat lives in the home)

We look for hourly substitutes when regular assistants are on leave.

Working hours:

• Day shift: 07:30–19:30
• Night shift: 18:30–08:30 (with approx. 2 hours on call)

We are looking for you who are flexible, responsible, and able to work both days and nights as needed.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensations according to the collective agreement.

Start date: As soon as possible
