Burckhardt Compression is growing in Sweden! The sales department at the service center in Landvetter is now being expanded with another inside sales representative. You will be a long-awaited colleague working closely with the other inside sales representative, Area Sales Managers, and the Sales Manager for Northwestern Europe, all based in Landvetter.

Your days with us will consist of the following:
- Actively work with customer contacts via phone and email, coordinate with other companies within the group, and participate in customer meetings as needed.
- Prepare quotations and estimate costs, effort, and time requirements for defined business opportunities or projects/programs, including coordination of technical spare parts.
- Sales coordination: Follow up on quotation flows together with the sales team and register data in the CRM system.
- Commercial handling: Read, interpret, negotiate, and finalize customers' general terms and conditions.
- Follow up on business opportunities.
- Responsible for data quality in the systems through necessary maintenance and updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and forecasts, and organize quarterly follow-up meetings with headquarters.
- Contribute to market analysis by monitoring position and trends.
- Coordinate local marketing events.
- Plan, follow up, adjust, and control project progress, and provide clear documentation and information to procurement, logistics, and finance as needed.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Good knowledge of English in speech and writing and can move freely in multicultural environments.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Good experience with CRM and ERP systems – preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP ECC.
- Clear customer focus and service-oriented approach.
- Organizational skills and ability to create structure.
- Strong social skills and a person who wants to contribute to a great atmosphere.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work together towards common goals.
- Flexible attitude and adaptable.
