In preparation for the summer of 2026, we offer a summer temporary position within the Staffing and Planning Department.

We offer a summer bonus of 10,000 SEK to those who work the entire holiday period (week 25–32). For those working half of the period, we offer 4,000 SEK, and for those working individual weeks, we offer 700 SEK per week.

We offer you, as an employee, a wellness allowance of up to 2,000 SEK (working in June, July, and August grants a contribution of 500 SEK). The wellness allowance can be used for, for example, gym memberships, fishing licenses, horse riding, padel, massage, swimming, etc.

For those who do not live in the municipality, we can offer travel to and from Arvidsjaur as well as support in finding accommodation.

Description of Duties

The main task is to plan and redistribute services within home care. Examples of daily ongoing tasks include:

• Distributing assignments, confirming assignments, and publishing assignments in Plan.
• Initiating new service planning.
• Prioritizing the redistribution of services together with the nearest manager.
• Participating in team meetings with home care staff.
• Preparing for evening shifts: printing daily overviews, planning for the weekend, and, when the app is not functioning, printing daily plans and saving the day's proposed plan.
• Informing users and staff about rescheduling.
• Recording staff absence Monday–Friday.

The planning system, along with its associated modules and functions, is new, and therefore routines and working methods may need to be revised and changed.

Qualifications

It is an advantage if you have experience and knowledge from business-supporting data systems such as Pulsen Combine.

We are looking for someone with experience and familiarity with planning and systems.

Experience working within home care is an advantage.

You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. You collaborate well with people in different contexts and roles.

Employment Terms

The position is an hourly employment.

The role is full-time during daytime hours, Monday–Friday.

The employment will take place on a rolling basis during the posting period.

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.

Duration: 11 days – 3 months.
