What will you be working with?

As a Customer Communications Specialist, you are the first point of contact when customers call. You handle a high volume of incoming calls, both in collaboration with colleagues and sometimes independently.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Receiving and answering incoming calls in a professional and service-oriented manner
• Handling calls by efficiently routing them to the appropriate party
• Providing support and answering questions from callers
• Independently searching for and using the correct information to provide the best possible assistance to the caller
• Actively contributing improvement suggestions to develop our customer service and our own operations

Who are you?

You are a service-oriented person who wants to make a difference for people and is attentive to the needs of all callers. You can handle difficult calls under time pressure and have the ability to adapt to each unique interaction. You work efficiently and systematically, thriving in the sometimes fast-paced environment. You are a team player who steps up when needed, but also enjoy working independently.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience from switchboard operations or work within the service industry (highly meritorious)
• Is available to work days, evenings, and weekends as the schedule varies
• Has good command of both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Is quick to search for and absorb information via computer, with experience working in various systems and programs being a plus

About the position

• Employment type: Permanent position
• Hours of work: Full-time 100% / Part-time 75%
• Working hours: Scheduled shifts Monday - Sunday, between 06:30-21:30
• Start date: June 8th
• Probation period: 6 months
