About the job

As a Customer Service Representative, you will become an important part of the Customer Relations team, consisting of four people who work closely together. You will be responsible for handling customer cases from start to finish, with a focus on high service quality and accurate administration.

The role involves both customer contact and administrative tasks related to the business, where you work in a structured and solution-oriented manner at a fast pace.

Examples of tasks:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Register and update customer data in business systems
• Administrative handling related to customer cases, such as:
  • Invoices and payments
  • Customer balances
  • Rental properties and warehouses
  • Fees and customer-related questions
• Handle complaints and follow up on cases
• Ensure correct documentation
• Contribute to the improvement of work methods, templates, and routines
• Prioritize and take ownership of cases, escalating when necessary
• Work according to guidelines for uniform customer communication

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, structured, and thrive in a role where you combine customer contact with administration. You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a good ability to prioritize your work. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to a positive collaboration within the team.

We see that you have:

• Experience in customer service and/or administrative work
• Good system proficiency and experience with business systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience with economic-related tasks, such as invoice processing, payments, or customer accounts
• Experience related to system changes
