About the Job
As an Administrator within Operational Excellence at our client, you will have a central role involving the management and quality assurance of master data, as well as administrative processes that support the business. The role entails significant personal responsibility, and you will work both independently and in close collaboration with the team.

You will receive a structured introduction with support from a Business Process Manager and are expected to become self-sufficient within 4-6 weeks. During the introductory period, there are ample opportunities to ask questions and gradually build your competence in the role.

Examples of tasks include:

• Managing and updating master data in various systems
• Administrative support related to business processes
• Ensuring correct and structured data handling
• Working in parallel across multiple systems and databases
• Collaborating with the team to ensure quality and efficiency

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and thrives in a role where attention to detail and order are crucial. You have an analytical approach, good system proficiency, and the ability to work independently while collaborating well with others.

We expect you to have:

• Upper secondary education or equivalent
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience working in digital systems
• Ability to manage and structure data

Merits:

• Experience with data registration
• Experience with business systems, such as SAP or ServIS
• Experience working with large volumes of data
