Your role

As a Car Rental Agent, you will manage our customers' rental experience from start to finish, from booking and pick-up to drop-off, as well as handling follow-ups and incoming inquiries.

Working hours

The station is currently open Monday–Friday between 07:00–18:00. Working hours vary depending on the season but are based on opening hours. During certain periods, weekend shifts may also be available.

Your tasks

• Customer interactions at the counter, via phone, and by email.
• Actively working with needs analysis and upselling SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Car washing and damage inspection.
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Delivery of rental cars.
• Administrative tasks.

About you

You have

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Good computer skills.
