You will work at FMLOG Supply, which procures, stores, maintains, and disposes of supplies for the Swedish Armed Forces. The logistics should be efficient and ensure high availability of all types of supplies throughout Sweden, meaning that production, planning, and customer support are also important parts of our work.

What can we offer you?

The Procurement and UE Planning Department works with customer support, needs and action planning for exchange units and spare parts. Procurement to stock also takes place for spare parts. Using our support systems and knowledge of the equipment, we analyze maintenance and procurement needs.

Main responsibilities

Within a delegated area of responsibility as a UE Case Officer, you will work with varied issues that create efficient supply and handling of exchange units and spare parts. Dialogue takes place daily with clients, customers, and suppliers. Technical preparations and needs assessments are also part of the work. The incumbent must be able to plan and lead meetings, coordinate feedback, and identify improvement measures.

Readiness duties are included in the position.

Travel occurs in the position, primarily domestic but can include international travel.

Qualifications

  • You have a completed upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus, or other education and/or experience that the employer can assess as equivalent.
  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Good knowledge of the Office package.
  • Good knowledge of PRIO (SAP) and/or LIFT.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

Meritorious

  • Experience with the FENIX system.
  • Experience with the UEF system.
  • Work experience in technical issues and/or logistics.
  • Experience of previous work within the Swedish Armed Forces.

To fit the requirements profile of the position, you must be meticulous and methodical, and thus solve challenges in a creative and relevant way.

You must thrive under occasional high work pressure and be able to handle work under stress. You take initiative and personal responsibility.

You are comfortable working independently but also have an easy time collaborating with others, and you understand the importance of communication at all levels, both internally and externally.

Employment type: Permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period.
