Do you have previous sales experience and an interest in technology, hydraulics, and pneumatics? Then we might be looking for you as the Store Manager for our upcoming establishment in Fagersta!

Job Responsibilities

Hydroscand is growing and will soon open a new store in Fagersta, with a planned opening in late summer/autumn 2026.

Your task is to create the conditions for the store to develop in line with our customers' wishes and requirements. You will work with personal sales over the counter as well as handling incoming and outgoing goods. Your job will be to find the best solution for each individual customer in a humble and professional manner. You are also responsible for stocking the store, keeping things tidy, and ensuring that the right products are always on the shelves and in the warehouse.

Other daily tasks include handling incoming inquiries, procurement of materials, and order processing. Additionally, assembly and production work may occur.

Initially, you will be the only employee in the store, but you will receive support from your colleagues in the rest of the district. Training will take place at our store in Västerås.

Your Profile

You should have a strong technical interest as well as previous sales experience. You are engaged, solution-focused, and organized, with a natural sense for good service. You have good social skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships with both customers and colleagues.

To succeed in the role, it is an advantage if you are familiar with working in Office programs and have experience with some business system.

We would appreciate it if you had practical experience with tinkering and screwing, as well as education or work experience within automotive or hydraulic technology, although this is not a requirement.

Industry experience is highly valued, as is knowledge of local companies and industries.

A B-driver's license is a requirement.
