For this position, there is the possibility to base your work either from our office in Västerås or our headquarters in Halmstad.

Your Role

As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you play a central role in our customers' construction projects. You work closely with contractors and are responsible for ensuring that their needs are translated into efficient solutions in our production.

You have overall responsibility for your business from order to delivery and are a key link between the customer, production, and transport planning.

The role combines operational work with business development, focusing on creating long-term relationships and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling order and delivery processes with high quality and service
  • Planning deliveries and coordinating with production and transport
  • Working on upselling and business development within existing customer relationships
  • Participating in the launch of new projects together with the regional sales manager
  • Being the customer's primary contact and handling questions, deviations, and challenges

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in customer or supplier contact who thrives in a role with many interfaces. If you have a construction technical education or work experience from the construction industry, it is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You are a positive and solution-oriented person with a good holistic view, motivated by creating value for both the customer and the business. To succeed in the role, you are results-oriented, have an easy time building relationships, and thrive working both independently and as part of a team.

You work in a structured, business-like, and professional manner, with a strong focus on quality. It is natural for you to take responsibility, drive your processes forward, and simultaneously develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

You have good computer and system skills (experience with business systems is an advantage) and express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English.
