Your role

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Analyst for our operations in Arboga. The role is new and offers an exciting opportunity to help shape working methods, processes, and follow-up within warehousing and supply chain, in collaboration with operations, finance, and master planning.

You will work closely with our maintenance operations for the Gripen system, where we are responsible for material supply and workshop activities for military customers. The role has a clear focus on warehouse analysis, follow-up, and optimization, where you contribute insights and analyses that strengthen the organization's ability to make the right decisions over time.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will serve as a key support to both operations and finance by analyzing warehouse data, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to increased control and efficiency within the supply chain flow. You will have the opportunity to develop in the role and work broadly with issues related to warehouse management, material flows, and capital tie-up.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Analysis and follow-up of inventory balances, turnover rates, and material flows
• Forecasting and analysis of future warehouse and material needs
• Follow-up of project stock and standard stock in collaboration with operations and finance
• Identification of deviations, areas for improvement, and action proposals within supply chain and warehouse management
• Define, follow up, and present KPIs related to inventory and delivery precision
• Analyze capital tie-up, obsolescence, and cost drivers within warehouse operations
• Collaborate with various functions and departments within the organization
• Contribute to the development of processes, working methods, and follow-up models

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a relevant post-secondary education in areas such as Supply Chain Management, logistics, industrial economics, or equivalent. The role suits both those at the beginning of their career and those with previous experience in supply chain, warehouse management, or analysis.

You have strong analytical thinking and enjoy working in a data-driven manner to identify connections, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Furthermore, you are structured, detail-oriented, and have an interest in how warehouses and material flows can be optimized to create business value.

We would like you to have:

• Good ability to analyze and handle large amounts of data
• Experience or knowledge in forecasting and KPI follow-up
• Basic understanding of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain flows
• Good understanding of economic aspects such as capital tie-up, turnover rates, and obsolescence
• Good skills in Excel
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written

It is meritorious if you have experience with:

• IFS and/or other business systems
• Warehouse management and warehouse optimization
• Material-driven planning and supply planning
• Analysis and follow-up work related to supply chain or finance
