We are in an expansion phase and are now looking for the next key person for our newly renovated office in Västerås. Here, you will become part of a high-performing team with deep industry experience, where a shared business focus and strong drive set the agenda.
The Role: From strategic onboarding to your own customer portfolio
As an Account Manager here, you are responsible for identifying, processing, and closing deals with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) both locally and nationally.
To give you the best conditions to quickly master our extensive product portfolio, you will step into a close collaboration with one of our most experienced salespeople.
Initial Phase: You are responsible for prospecting, meeting scheduling, and strategic preparation. You actively participate in the digital and physical customer meetings you conduct together to learn the dynamics of our business processes.
Independent Phase: As your results and product knowledge increase, you take over the entire sales cycle independently. The goal is for you to build your own, high-yield customer portfolio with strong, recurring revenues.
Your Profile: Ambitious, business-minded, and results-driven

Requirements:
Documented experience and proven good results within B2B sales.
Experience with proactive sales and initiating customer contact via phone.
Experience in structuring and conducting business meetings, both physically and digitally.
Comfortable with digital work tools (CRM, Office suite).
Completed upper secondary education and fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
If you also have an established network within the SME segment, experience with process-related sales, or experience from the IT/telecom industry, it is highly meritorious.
