QS Performance is one of Sweden's leading sales and field marketing agencies. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for a driven recruiter who wants to help build the organization from the ground up. About the role

As a recruiter here, you are responsible for finding and attracting the right people to QS Performance as a whole. We have offices in several locations across the country, and while you recruit for the entire operation, you will be based out of our office in Västerås. You own the entire process from first contact to final employment: you build a pipeline of candidates, screen, interview, and make decisions on who joins the organization.

You work closely with our Sales Director and CEO, meaning you are close to the decision-making process and can quickly see the impact of your work. This is a role with significant personal responsibility and equally great opportunities for development. For those who deliver and want more, there is plenty of room to grow into broader responsibilities as the company expands.

The work is based out of the Västerås office where you work closely with the rest of the team. We believe in the power of sitting together, but for those who deliver results, there are good opportunities to work remotely when it suits you.

We have built a compensation model that provides security while rewarding results. You receive a base salary guarantee plus a commission-based component, so your efforts are directly reflected in your paycheck. The more right people you bring into the organization, the more you earn.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is social, curious, and confident in their interactions with people. You are good at building relationships, structured enough to juggle multiple tasks, and driven to chase results. Previous experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not required. The most important thing is that you are hungry, enjoy talking to people, and want to develop in a fast-paced environment.

You speak and write fluent Swedish and thrive when taking your own initiatives.
