Do you want a key role in an international industrial operation where you can combine business acumen, analysis, and strategic work? We are now looking for a Business Controller for Uponor's production facility in Virsbo for a fixed-term assignment of approximately 1 year.

As a Business Controller, you are responsible for the analysis, follow-up, and reporting of the company's financial results. You will become a key business partner to production and management, contributing insights that drive profitability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with both the local operations and the global Finance & Controlling organization, giving you the opportunity to influence and develop in an international environment.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for monthly closing and financial follow-up for the production unit
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and investment processes
• Analyze production costs, material costs, inventory, and cash flow
• Calculate costs for new products
• Participate in annual reporting and financial reporting
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures, and financial processes
• Contribute with improvement proposals that strengthen the company's performance and financial management
• Collaborate with colleagues within the global Finance & Controlling organization to share knowledge and best practices

We are looking for someone who is analytical, business-driven, and thrives in a role where you can combine strategic thinking with operational responsibility.

We believe you have:

• A few years of experience working as a controller, preferably within manufacturing or industrial production.
• Good ability to analyze complex information and translate it into business value
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Ability to make decisions, prioritize, and work structured even under time pressure
• Experience from international or global organizations
