Are you an experienced Project Business Controller, Project Controller, or Business Controller looking to work closely with project management and business operations? We are currently seeking a Project Business Controller for an exciting consulting assignment with our client in Västerås.

This is an opportunity for you to combine financial control, project monitoring, and business support in an international project environment.

As a Project Business Controller, you will support the Senior Project Manager with financial and commercial matters and contribute to ensuring the profitability and economic results of the projects.

You will work on up to five parallel projects and serve as a key partner to project management throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Support the Senior Project Manager in financial and commercial matters
• Monitor project budgets, costs, revenues, and forecasts
• Ensure accurate financial reporting
• Contribute to project profitability and business development
• Support the Tender Manager with the financial aspects of bidding processes
• Participate in risk assessments and local risk review processes
• Prepare decision-making materials for commercial negotiations
• Collaborate with project management, finance, and other stakeholders

Details: Start: June 10, 2016 | End: December 31, 2026 | Scope: Full-time, on-site | Location: Västerås

We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Experience as a Project Business Controller, Project Controller, Business Controller, or similar role
• Good understanding of project management, economics, and financial monitoring
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented approach
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with project organizations
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
