In the role of Developer, you will have a unique opportunity to work strategically with systematic school development together with management, school leadership, and distributed school leadership, to truly make a difference.

Your Responsibilities

As a Developer specializing in data-informed school development, you will become a qualified support to management and upper secondary schools in the work of developing systematic quality work. The role involves retrieving, processing, and analyzing data from various systems and databases to create relevant materials for monitoring, analysis, and decision-making. You are responsible for compiling and visualizing data, as well as producing reports, analyses, and presentations that support the organization's development and goal achievement.

You also have a coordinating role in the digitalization work, where you participate in the introduction of new business systems and digital learning tools through requirement setting, implementation, training, and user support. The assignment also includes planning and conducting competence development initiatives within digitalization and AI to strengthen teaching and administrative processes. The role also includes administrative tasks and participation in internal and external collaboration forums.

Your Competence

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in a relevant area and very good digital competence. You have a well-developed analytical ability and are accustomed to searching, compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting information in a structured and pedagogical manner. You communicate well both orally and in writing and have a good ability to drive and coordinate processes in work close to operations. You have experience of producing and handling data extracts from administrative systems and databases, as well as very good knowledge of Excel. It is an advantage if you have experience of developing routines and processes, writing formal texts, and working within schools or with school development issues.

To succeed in the role, you are secure and professional in your professional role and have the ability to work independently while collaborating well with others. You are structured and proactive, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive the work forward in a goal-oriented manner. You adapt easily to changed conditions and can switch between different tasks and perspectives. Furthermore, you have good linguistic analytical ability and can understand, process, and formulate complex information in a clear and qualitative way.

In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or alternatively a certificate of residence together with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit.
