ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, an engaged and driven Training Coordinator for a high-tech and safety-critical operation. The client works with advanced technical systems where quality, regulations, and competence development are central parts of daily operations.

This role is not about being a technical expert. Competent specialists are already in place. What we are looking for is someone who owns the overall competence development within the maintenance licenses. This means you will plan, coordinate, and conduct training for employees – everything from induction programs for new hires to ongoing competence-building initiatives for experienced staff.

You work broadly: one week you might deliver training to a small group in Arboga, and the next week you are in Linköping collaborating with colleagues and license roles regarding the organization's next needs. You build and maintain the training plan, compile a course catalog, and ensure no training falls through the cracks.

Roughly half of your time is dedicated to planning, coordinating, and further developing training content. The other half is spent delivering training – with real participants, in real facilities, with a focus on actual learning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct induction and competence-building training for both small and large groups
  • Drive and further develop the training program with a focus on maintenance licenses
  • Maintain a consolidated training and competence plan for the department
  • Compile and manage the department's course catalog
  • Coordinate with managers and Nominated Persons (NPs) within the licenses
  • Monitor and gather training needs, acting as a link to relevant training functions within the organization
  • Contribute to keeping the onboarding program current and relevant

  • Are confident speaking in front of groups and have an easy way of explaining information clearly and engagingly
  • Enjoy taking responsibility for your work, driving things forward, and creating structure where needed
  • Collaborate easily with different types of people and can adapt your communication style depending on who you are talking to
  • Are curious, enjoy learning new things, and like immersing yourself in complex operations and ways of working

Meritorious if you have:

  • Experience in training, pedagogical development, or similar roles
  • Background in regulated industry, quality, or documentation-driven operations

You genuinely enjoy conveying knowledge and understand that good learning is about as much about how you tell the story as what you tell. You are clear in your communication, receptive in meetings with others, and thrive in moving around in an organization with many different roles and personalities – from floor technicians to managers and license holders.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

  • Scope: Full-time, long-term consulting assignment
  • Start: According to agreement
  • Location: Arboga with regular visits to Linköping, normally approx. one day per week
