Do you want to contribute to the development of safe and high-quality psychiatric care? Now, Adult Psychiatry Västmanland is looking for two care developers with a focus on patient safety, analysis, and operational development.
In this role, you will have a key part in identifying risks, analyzing underlying causes, and contributing to improvements that make a real difference for patients, the organization, and the care chain. Together, we work towards a secure and safe care environment with the patient at the center.
Job Description
As a care developer, you will support the organization in investigation and development work related to patient safety and quality. During the project period, you will be part of the adult psychiatry patient safety team, where handling deviations and investigating care injuries will be a central part of your duties.
In addition to conducting investigations, you will compile and analyze causes and underlying factors for the events and risks you identify at an aggregated level. These areas for development will serve as the basis for change proposals and decision support for the organization's continued improvement work and quality development to ensure safe care and a well-functioning care chain.
The work involves both independent analysis and close collaboration with various professions within the organization.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a relevant university degree and experience within healthcare, preferably with basic medical knowledge. Previous experience in psychiatry is a prerequisite for success in the role, as well as experience with law within the healthcare sector. Furthermore, we expect you to have good knowledge of patient safety and safety culture. You should have a good ability to assimilate written information and express yourself well in both speech and writing. Experience with Cosmic, Synergi, or other medical record and data systems is a further asset.
This position suits you if you are good at collaborating with others and thrive in outward-facing work environments. You are analytical and have a knack for understanding and grasping different connections. You have the ability to work independently and can structure and plan with a focus on the right things to drive processes forward.

Employment Terms
2 project positions until the turn of the year. The project may be extended subject to necessary decisions being made.
Daytime hours, 100%
Start date according to agreement
