We are currently looking for a service-oriented receptionist and host/greeter for a varied assignment starting immediately. The role combines reception duties with practical service tasks and suits you if you enjoy taking initiative and working both administratively and physically.

You will be a key part of the daily service, contributing to creating a welcoming, pleasant, and well-functioning work environment for both employees and visitors.

• Welcome and assist visitors in the reception area
• Perform administrative tasks related to reception and service
• Responsible for refilling and maintaining coffee machines
• Restock fruit and other consumable materials
• Transport goods and materials between different work sites
• Ensure order and comfort in common areas

The work involves moving between several different sites and includes tasks that require good physical fitness, such as lifting and transporting.

The position starts immediately, and the scope varies during the assignment. Until week 28, you will work from Tuesday to Friday. During week 31, the work will be based at the reception on a part-time basis. From week 32 onwards, the position continues on a part-time basis with tasks including handling coffee, fruit, and comfort-related initiatives to create a well-functioning work environment.

To be eligible for this position, you must have another primary occupation of at least 50 percent, such as studies or other part-time work.
