Job Description Assignment Description:

The assignment involves working as a tester in close collaboration with a development team, with a focus on ensuring quality in self-developed products within a larger IT environment with approximately 30,000 users.

You will contribute expertise in both technical testing, test automation, and manual testing, as well as support in planning and coordinating the testing work. The role involves active participation in the team's agile working methods, where you are expected to be involved in the entire development process.

The assignment primarily includes:

• Collaborate closely with the development team to create test scenarios

• Work with test automation as well as manual testing

• Participate in the agile working method, for example demos, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups

• Deliver according to the sprint plan

• Collaborate with other parts of the business that are affected

Great importance will be placed on personal qualities such as teamwork, engagement, and responsibility.

Qualifications (Must-haves):

You must have at least 5 years of documented experience working as a tester or within quality assurance. The experience must have been acquired within the last 8 years.

You must have documented experience from at least one assignment involving test automation. The experience must have been acquired within the last 4 years, and the assignment must have had a scope of at least 1 year.

You must have documented experience from at least one assignment where the work was conducted in an agile manner.

You must have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

You must have experience with test-driven development.

You must have experience with tools such as Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves):

You should have experience working in security-classified operations. You should have experience testing iOS applications. It is an advantage if you have experience testing in regulation-controlled EU projects. It is an advantage if you have experience with test automation in Java within the last 4 years.
