All employees perform all tasks at our facilities, which makes the work very fun and varied. A workday may include customer service, price labeling, inventory, as well as receiving and unpacking goods. You will work in a fast-moving and changing organization with friendly colleagues and a strong corporate culture!

As a store sales associate, your most important tasks will be:

• Actively engage in customer service – we want to provide all customers with first-class service.
• Sell high-quality building materials at the market's best price.
• Maintain order in the store and ensure shelves are always well-stocked.
• Pick timber, conduct inventory, handle deliveries, and price label goods to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Help measure and calculate customers' purchases.

Qualifications:

• An interest in renovation and construction, retail, and customer service.
• Motivated by sales and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to measure and calculate customers' purchases without difficulty.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and ability to communicate in English.
• Available to work during the facility's opening hours.
• Capable of upholding and working according to our values.

Desirable personal qualities:

• Service-oriented – has a desire to work in service and passion for sales.
• Fast, efficient, responsive, flexible – qualities that contribute to a good customer experience.
• Responsible – for your own development and the facility's success – with a "team before self" mindset.
• Driven and engaged with the facility.
• Can work independently and is self-motivated.
• Used to taking initiative and seeing what needs to be done.
• Curious to learn new things.

Other:

• Experience in construction, retail, and customer service is an advantage.
• Desirable to have a B-category driver's license or forklift certificate.
• Forklift experience is an advantage.
• Forklift training and driving permits are provided internally at the facility, if you are over 18 years old and already hold a B-category driver's license or forklift certificate.

Working Hours:

• According to the facility's opening hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• This is a fixed-term employment starting from 2026-05-25 and ending 2026-09-30.
