Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who want to work as a teacher at Dalaskolan Södra. Teaching in mathematics, science subjects (NO), and technology.

You should be able to:

• Lead classroom work and inspire and motivate students.
• Create good relationships with students, guardians, and school staff.
• Work independently and collaborate in different groups.

Mentorship/class teacher responsibilities are included in the position.

We see that you, together with other staff, drive a student-centered operation where the focus is on actively finding strategies to reach every student and strengthen them in both knowledge development and personal growth.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have a teaching license for grades 7–9 with eligibility to teach mathematics, science subjects, and technology.
• Are a confident leader in the classroom and work with value-based issues in daily work.
• Have good collaboration skills, can take initiative, and have a positive view of students.
• Handle challenges, actively participate in the school's development work, and have high social competence.
• Are accustomed to working formatively and language-developing, and have experience with students in need of special support.
• Are engaged, solution-focused, and want to be part of a wonderful team.
