We are now looking for an experienced consultant for an interim assignment within financial due diligence for a company with offices in central Stockholm.
About the assignment The assignment is expected to last 6–12 months and is to start as soon as possible, no later than mid/end of May. The company is in a sales process where you will play a central role in supporting the work leading up to the sale.
Responsibilities In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the company's CFO
- Analyze financial data and identify key drivers in the business
- Support the preparation of decision-making materials and presentation materials
- Contribute to the due diligence work and ensure quality in financial information
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or similar areas within deals
- Has been involved in company sales processes
- Is highly data-driven and has strong analytical skills
- Is self-motivated, structured, and thrives in a dynamic environment
