The Role — Varied, Technical, and Meaningful

At Wester Kylteknik in Norrköping, you work with high-level industrial refrigeration technology. Your focus is on ammonia systems for industrial customers in Östergötland, but you are not a narrow specialist stuck in one lane — here we help each other where needed, which provides a job that actually lasts.

You perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ammonia and refrigeration systems, preventive maintenance and service measures, emergency repairs for industrial customers, as well as mechanical assembly and support for customers in optimizing their facilities.

Working hours: weekdays 07:00–16:00. Travel may occur. Some on-call duties are included in the role, but we do not have a stated planned on-call schedule.

Who We Are Looking For

We are not looking for a list of merits. We are looking for the right combination of competence and attitude.

You are a certified refrigeration technician with solid experience of ammonia as a refrigerant — this is a requirement, not a plus. You have a good understanding of control and regulation technology, troubleshooting, and the ability to read electrical diagrams and piping drawings. A B-class driver's license is required.

It is an advantage if you have experience with electrical work and parameter programming related to refrigeration installations, or are accustomed to industrial customers and complex process environments.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, reliable, and thrive both when working alone and in a team. You like technology, are curious, and take responsibility without being reminded.
