About the role
You are the rhythm, the leader, and the heartbeat of our classes. As an instructor and coach, your task is to lead both experienced and novice participants through the session – in every interval and every movement. We believe that training should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone, and that is where you come in.

Currently, we offer several different group training classes at our facility in Trollhättan Centrum, ranging from strength and conditioning to dance and Pilates. All our group classes can be adapted to the participant's level and daily condition.

We are now strengthening the fitness experience in Trollhättan by opening another gym in Sylte, which will offer training sessions in an open gym environment. To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for an additional HIIT Coach.

The position involves a hourly employment of 1 to 5 hours per week at Fitness24Seven Trollhättan Sylte. Do you lack instructor education? No worries – if you are the right person for us, the education is included in your employment.

We are looking for you
To thrive and develop in the role of group training instructor, we are looking for someone who is engaged, has a talent for inspiring, and can clearly guide others through their training. We prefer that you have participated in group classes previously and have some experience in the category of classes you are interested in leading.

Naturally, you are comfortable leading others, standing in front of an enthusiastic group of participants, and speaking. Your interest in fitness and health is seen as a given.
