At JAG Personal Assistance, we are growing and therefore now looking for a star for the versatile role of Assistance Coordinator in Stockholm. You will lead the assistance staff for some of our clients, where every day is unique and full of opportunities to make a real difference in their lives. The role requires flexibility and strong problem-solving skills. To thrive in this role, you should be a social person driven by creating and maintaining good relationships.

Currently, we have two groups of coordinators across the country who work closely together and will be your closest colleagues. The role involves occasionally being on-site at the assistance assignments and working as a personal assistant, holding staff meetings, and meeting with clients. Travel is a natural part of the role, and we see it as an advantage if you enjoy the flexibility and variation it brings. Additionally, you will be responsible for our staffing and emergency phone a few times a month, which means you need to be available by phone outside of our office hours.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leadership and supervision of personal assistants
• Scheduling and staffing responsibility
• Regular meetings, development discussions, and salary negotiations
• Quality control and onboarding of new assistants
• Recruitment of personal assistants
• Working as a personal assistant during temporary staffing crises

We are looking for you who:

• Have previous experience in scheduling and staffing
• Have previous experience in leadership and/or recruitment within personal assistance
• Are independent, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and preferably have knowledge of other languages
• Are a positive team player with good collaboration skills
• Plan long-term and take responsibility for your work
