In the role of Financial Controller, you will be part of TPL's central finance team, supporting the business in achieving its goals through efficient financial processes. You report to TPL's Accounting Manager and are an active member of the team supporting operations in our Regions. In your daily work, you maintain close dialogue with the logistics units in the operational business.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing operational finance work within core processes such as customer invoicing ("order to cash"), supplier invoices ("purchase to pay"), and closing ("record to report").
• Supporting the business with monthly reporting, statistics, and analysis of financial data within your area of responsibility, as well as supporting budgeting and forecasting.
• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement and development of internal working methods, processes, and routines to optimize the entire company.
• Ensuring compliance with PostNord's overarching policies and financial procedures.

We are looking for you with

• 1–3 years of work experience as an economic administrator or controller within logistics.
• Good ability to communicate both written and verbally in English and Swedish.
• System knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and the Office suite.
• An academic degree from a university or college in Economics is meritorious.
• System knowledge from Business Intelligence tools such as QlikView, Microsoft Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud is meritorious.

As a person, you are meticulous, analytical, and quick to learn new systems. Your work style is inclusive, structured, and responsible. You must be stress-resistant, able to handle a high workload, and prioritize tasks independently. You are driven by delivering results and being challenged in your work. For this role, it is of utmost importance that you are skilled at collaborating and building trusting relationships at different levels within the organization.

Location
The location is at one of our operations in Ljungby or Jönköping. You are expected to visit the Regions you support as needed.

For this position, a criminal record extract is required according to Section 1 of the Act (1998:620) on the Criminal Record Register, as the work involves handling security-classified assignments and customers' valuable or sensitive goods. The extract must be presented before employment begins.
