🌟 About the Role

At EDGE Associates, we are currently looking for 1–2 engaged Scrum Masters to join our team. You will be employed by us and step directly into an exciting assignment in Sundsvall, where you will play a central role in driving the development team forward. This role is not just about facilitating ceremonies – you will become a catalyst for team culture, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The role is broad and combines coaching leadership with operational responsibility for requirements analysis, capacity planning, and IT service management. You will work in a technologically modern environment with a focus on CI/CD and high delivery precision.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead team ceremonies and coach in agile values, flow, and velocity.
• Take responsibility for team dynamics, continuous improvements, and capacity planning.
• Actively work with requirements management and translate needs into scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain close dialogue with Product Owners, Product Managers, and section managers.
• Handle incidents, problems, and lifecycle management (technical maintenance).

🛠️ Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a driving and empathetic leader with the ability to combine agile methodology with technical understanding of requirements and testing.

We are looking for someone who has:

✔️ Documented experience in the role of Scrum Master in agile teams.

✔️ Experience coaching teams in estimation, flow, and team development.

✔️ Experience in IT service management (incident/problem) and lifecycle management.

✔️ Documented experience in requirements analysis and requirements management.

✔️ Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written (CV must be in Swedish).

It is an advantage if you have:

➕ Extensive experience working with SAFe as a framework.

➕ Experience in practical testing work (manual/automated) as well as TDD/BDD.

➕ Experience in formulating requirements according to scenarios/Gherkin.

➕ Familiarity with environments featuring CI/CD flows.

➕ Good knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Xray, GitLab, Cypress, and Cucumber.

➕ Knowledge of WCAG standards.
