Do you want to work closely with people and contribute to development and independence in everyday life? As a Support Pedagogue at us, you will have an important role where you combine pedagogical work with supporting and developing your colleagues.
About the role As a Support Pedagogue, you combine practical work with users with a supervisory role, where you guide and support colleagues in pedagogical work. You work based on Nytida's pedagogical framework with a focus on structure, interaction, participation, and individual development.
You contribute to developing routines and working methods and drive the pedagogical work forward based on each individual's needs. In the role, you plan, implement, and follow up on activities and goals.
You supervise and support employees in social documentation and implementation plans, introduce new employees, and collaborate with the operations manager and operations developer in development projects. As support for your work, there is a calendar for support pedagogues, adapted to the needs of the operations.
You are part of a regional network for support pedagogues that meets once a month and is led by the operations developer. In addition, you participate in Nytida's national network. You report to the operations manager.
Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends.
About Eklövet Eklövet's group home is for adults who belong to person group 1 according to LSS (Law on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and has space for six residents. The operation is located in a quiet and nature-rich villa area in Hässelby and consists of a two-story villa with a large garden and a common outdoor area.
Your experience and knowledge You are a trained Support Pedagogue via a university college or have a relevant higher education degree. You have good computer skills, experience with documentation, and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
You have experience working within LSS.
You are engaged, receptive, and curious about pedagogical work. You take responsibility, are secure in yourself, and want to develop together with others.
You thrive in collaboration, see opportunities instead of obstacles, and contribute to a work climate characterized by joy, respect, and engagement.
You have a strong commitment to people and want to create conditions for development, participation, and independence.
