About the job

Real estate projects are technically complex – and that is exactly why we need you. As an engineer at CauseyWestling, you work closely with our tax lawyers and economists to analyze and value real estate projects from a technical perspective. This involves understanding the nature of the buildings, assessing technical parameters, and translating this into a basis for tax-related decisions.

You will work on some of the most interesting real estate projects on the market today, ranging from commercial properties to large-scale development projects. The role offers great variety in terms of both project types and clients, and you will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines.

About you

You have a degree in Civil Engineering or University College Engineering in building technology, civil engineering, real estate, or similar. You are accustomed to technical calculations and analysis, and you thrive in complex projects where the answer is not always clear from the start.

You do not need to know tax law; we will teach you that. However, you need to be curious about how your technical competence can contribute in a business and legal context, and have a genuine interest in understanding the big picture of the projects you work on.

Your digital skills are good, and you are quick to get up to speed with new tools and systems. As a person, you are structured and meticulous, but equally social and skilled at building relationships. You thrive in an environment with a high pace and high demands for quality.

What we are looking for

• Degree in building technology, civil engineering, real estate, or similar engineering education.
• Experience with technical analysis and calculation.
• Interest in real estate and real estate development.
• Good digital competence and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new systems.
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken).
